Prairie Center Facilities

Prairie Center has three facilities serving east central Illinois. Staff at each facility are trained to meet the needs of area residents, providing friendly, confidential environments and services which foster recovery.

Our outpatient facilities in Urbana and Danville and our residential facility in downtown Champaign are as diverse as the services which they house. Learn more about each below and how each opens the door to recovery.

Prairie Center's 122 Hill Street, Champaign locationThe Prairie Center facility houses adult Residential Services. The historic building in downtown Champaign offers privacy and confidentiality through a rear entrance, and the tudor-style structure provides a sense of community and support. Features of the facility, which is a renovated Elks Club, include first floor on-site food service, a living room with a fireplace, large group room spaces, and on-site client laundry facilities. Medical staff is available here 24 hours a day.
